The Service includes roof and floor-plan measurement and estimating tools, satellite imagery roof tracing, proposal and job management, and AI-generated field reports produced from audio recordings and photos captured during site walkthroughs.

You retain ownership of all audio recordings, photos, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including privacy rights, and that you have all necessary permissions to share it.
Reports generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering, legal, or construction advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before relying on it for any professional purpose.
The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar. When you connect a Google account, you grant CarpenterCam access to the data covered by the scopes you approve. CarpenterCam's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
